Apple's Logic Pro, essentially an unlocked version of GarageBand, it is similar to FL studio in the respect that it is highly used and easy to learn. Logic tracks very similarly to early digital recorders. You have one track per row with an instrument applied to it, and real time effects on top of that, columns constitute time. It's easy to import VSTs and it supports a lot of controllers Natively. Logic in general is very powerful, used by professionals, easy to learn, but worth it to master. For beginner musicians it comes pre loaded with grooves, and midi drum sequences so that you can easily paste together tracks from the presets (similar to GarageBand) if you're a vocalist looking to make mixtapes, or a drummer wanting to play along to a song. Logic is for more than just Electronic Dance Music, but then again no DAW is exclusive to any one genre.
